Default so my motor mount breaks...

I go order a new one today.

Heres the broken one.

Heres the one they order.

I told them I need a front motor mount and got that. ^ I need the front one that goes on the front cross member right behind the radiator. Am I just asking for the wrong part?

common trick to make factory mounts "stiff"

u fill the holes with silicone, or anything thats hard. itll keep the mount from moving.
i did it on that one mount on a old HF i had awhile back. made a big difference and was well worth the mess i made

I just bought this car and when I took off the broken mount I found out it has prothane inserts. One side is starting to crack though. Thanks for the tip, I was certain I was stepping in over my head.
