I bought this Auxiliary Fan Switch online only to find out I didn't need it. I know for a fact that it fits my car (98 Civic EX - 1.6 SOHC). I looked online and found it fits the following cars:

The part number most commonly used is G5030-46669, but I believe the Honda part number is 37760-P00-004.
