it's a 5 bedroom / 3.5 bath house near Cypresswood and Hwy 249 with a big backyard. the downstairs is very open and great for having people over for darts, beer pong, or whatever. the neighborhood is a safe/quiet area made up of predominately older people.

my roommate, Brandon, is the one you will write the checks to each month. his parents own the house and have let him rent the rooms for several years now. the parents have their own house, but are great about keeping up with any maintenance that needs done on this house. i've only seen the Dad once so it's not like they just come over to hang out.

the downstairs has been completely remodeled with new paint, bathrooms, tile floor, and stainless steel appliances. the upstairs hasn't been so lucky. the carpet is old (****) and the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. the good news is that the upstairs is being renovated with new carpet, bathrooms, and paint in the very near future now that the downstairs is finished.

upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and two full baths. i sleep in one room and have converted another to a media room. you have the option of doing the same with the last two rooms and having a office, game room, playground, or whatever...

my roommate and myself stay at our girlfriend's pretty often so you will have the place to yourself pretty frequently. 3 people is all we want living here so sorry, no couples.
