Default Tranny Code and Rebuild Kit Question

I have done the search and found 2 codes for ITR trannies: S80 and J4D.

I supposedly have in my possession a JDM 97 ITR tranny and am doing a complete rebuild of synchros and bearings. Would either code work when ordering parts?? Would the code S4C from my Si tranny work as well considering they are both B-series VTEC trannies??

Thanks.

Yes on all three codes?? If so, then I assume that the only differences are in gearing and differential type.
