i have a 92 dx hatch and my gas tank is in very bad shape so i'm going to the junk yard to grab a new one so i wana know what are my options so my questions are:

1. Can i use a tank from a 92-95 coupe and/or sedan?

2. Can i use the CX fuel tank? Which i heard is smaller and thats 1 reason why the CX is lighter.

The sedan is prolly bigger in size and prolly wont fit. Try and find one out of a hatch that should fit. If it doesn't fit you should be able to get it to fit as long as it isn't bigger, get smaller if you need to. But really if you can avoid it, don't get one from another model. Get a 92-95 hatch tank.

 

Yea I would look for a hatch. Or a fuel cell.
