My 1997 prelude has started to make large amounts of engine/valve noise, I got my oil changed about 4000kms ago and I noticed that my car is completly empty of oil now, should my vtec burn that much oil? my car has no signs of leaking or burning oil that I know of. im going to checkt he pcv but any other suggestions

 

Do a leak down and compression check.

 

Hey im not quite sure what a leak down is, can you help (Damn I must sound stupid)
Another Question how often do valve seals or seats go on these cars.
