It is really easy to ask "what to do next", but what you should be asking is, "I have an Accord with the 2.3 motor. I already have an AEM. What else can be done, what are the expected gains, and why does it give it the power?" You see, I am a firm believer in knowing WHY you are doing something. Not just because it gives you more power, but why does it give youmore power, or why does it make your car handle better. Also, what are you looking for in your car? Are you looking for a quick car, or something with just a little more pep to it? Are you looking to drag race, road race, or just drive around and have fun in? These are all questions you have to ask yourself first, and then we can help steer you in the right direction.
