i love the ride of my springs. i hear a little clunk in the morning when i move forward after backing up when i leave for work. other than that their not noisy. they have just the right amount of clearance and handle awsome.

Ive heard good things about these springs. Ask anyone here who's had them before and isnt a "coilover or nothing" person. They say its a fair improvement over stock, but more or less doesnt sacrifice the R's characteristics with a lower stance.

H&R Sports are not noisy. I have them and they are fine. I got them for 400 CAD including installation.

H&R. Spoon springs will cost more and not give you much if anything more.

i have always wondered if these are really itr specific or are they gsr/ls/itr??? that is what would concern me about them... i've been looking at the kg/mm also (per ben at A&J). the spoons might be more $$$$ but you'll know there designed for the itr ONLY.

Yes, the $149 is a good deal. That's where I bought mine from and it was the best price I found. I teamed mine up with the Bilstein Sport shocks and LOVE the set-up!
