B21A...i've heard it's one of the most rare honda motors since it only came in certain prelude si's.

well whatever people say, i know that I have not seen an old school prelude look this good.

every one that i have see out here is rusted out, puffing out blue smoke, and driving around with one headlight popped up still like it is cockeyed or something.

and what is the deal with the B21A? what is different?

can you do motor swaps on that version of prelude? I always liked them, but they are too slow.

 

naw u cant really do motor swaps some ppl have done h22s but its alooootttt of work

heres mine when i still drove it

 

a lot of people do b20 vtec swaps and they fit right in. As for the b21a, i'm not sure what the differences are besides the liters. This particular car used to puff out blue smoke, but the motor was ripped apart and rebuilt/slightly bored/and then newer bigger honda pistons were installed. It's not my car so i don't know what kind of pistons were put in. Thanks for all the good comments...keep em coming.

I asked my friend about the motor and it is bored .045 over with overbore honda pistons and rods. It also has an 8lb flywheel in it.
