That guy in the picture above swapped out(degraded) his ITR rear lowers for a regular Integra/Civic arm to fit those non-ITR specific coilovers.

yes, 20mm is about 3/4 of an inch to us. will work well with stock r shocks because you will still have some travel cause it's not too low. another spring you could look at is kg/mm. the offer two types for the r and both will work well with the stock shocks. the white r looks like chit. reminds me of the icy hot stuna's
