ok i have my 89 si hatch and it has a dohc zc in it with a header and 2 1/4 all the way out ... and it has a cat on it... but for some ******* gay reason it wont pass e-check....
does any1 know anything that i could do even to rigg that **** for a day to get it to pass or anything? without havin to put the stock exhast back on it ?????
any help would be very much appreciated i need this **** i am drivin it on a expired / fake temp tag,... bc i already started to tear down my other car .

 

your piping isn't gonna affect the e-check... since the ZC was never meant for american markets, it wouldn't surprise me if it just won't pass emissions. either that or your engine is screwed up, or your cat, or both.
