Default 4.785 Tranny is hard to shift gears.. I need help :(

I thought i would ask the integra forum since the EG forum isnt helping me much. Last night i noticed that it was really hard to shift gears. almost to the point where i would have to force it into gear. I did the 1st to 4th gear and it did not stall. There is no grinding at all from the synchro's. I have it narrowed down to the pressure plate/ throw out bearing/Tranny fluid. So what do you guys think it is.

possibly clutch fluid related... ie. not enough clutch fluid or pressure in the system.

i had a similar situation, it was very hard to get shift gears. it turned out to be a lack of clutch fluid/pressure. the hard line leading into the slave cylinder wasn't sealing properly... there was a micro-fissure on the trumpet end of the line and it was leaking fluid.

if the lines are fine, then the clutch disc or pressure plate is busted
