Default best for the $$$$

whats the best engine swap to do in a crx? i am using it for a daily driver. Also i would like to turbo it. Is it possible to turbo a b16 and without any internals run psi at about 8 or 9?

and when i was reading up on the swap i was told u have to bang the finder in for pulley clearance? what does this involve doing?
