Default Possible scammer: Marvin619

A month ago i bought a Rotora big brake kit from Marvin619 aka Marvin Viernes he had for sale on HT: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=955038

He got a $230 down payment on 08/20 and $585 some days later so $815 in total.

Then i waited two weeks for a tracking number, but all i got were this emails

Today is the third day so it should be there by tomorrow, paypal states it takes 3-4 days to transfer funds. Sorry for the delay, I don't want to overdraft on my account.</TD></TR></TABLE>

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Email from 09/07 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Hello Andre,
I will be very honest with you. For the past 4-5 days Rotora contacted me about the big brake kit they sponsored me this year. One of the workers goes on honda-tech.com and found the thread that the brakes have been sold to you. Now I am in a battle with Rotora demanding for the brakes back because I did not fulfill my one year contract with them. As a result I have no choice but to give me the big brake kit and avoid being sued for the msrp of the big brake kit $1800.00. I have already purchased a stock calipers and rotors and have already lost $150.00. To fix this I will give you 100% refund through paypal, but it will take me a 2 payments within a two week period to pay you off. I do not want you think I am scamming you, but I understand the amount of money involvled. If you dont believe I can scan you a copy of the contract between Rotora and I. I will give you my full address and full name so you have all my information. Give me a call anytime. My first payment will be on Monday the 13th, and will be paid in full on the 20th. I am so sorry for this...I tried everything to avoid a lawsuit and never would have thought Rotora would find out. Please get in contact with me...I feel so bad.</TD></TR></TABLE>

I agreed that he can refund me 100% on Monday the 13th and he promised to do so. But i got only the $230 back and i'm wainting another 11 days for my $585 now.

I emailed him Monday and Tuesday and told him that this is his last chance before i file a complaint at PayPal and post it on HT. I even agreed yesterday that he can send me a $200 down payment and the rest some days later. But you guess it, i got nothing.

If you read this Marvin, SEND ME MY $585 back!

If he can buy all this stuff i am sure he could also refund me.
He has no money to refund me, but has "cash right now" and can "pay asap"?

I thought too that he is trying his best, but this is going on a month now.
