Integra GSR Oil

I have a 95 Acura integra GSR. I feel like I am constantly adding oil. I have also noticed some smoke from the exhaust when I shift gears. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

That would be a good idea. BTW, is that smoke blackish or greyish.
