Hi every one!!! How are you???

So I was wondering if the Mobilus Stollen Vehicule Tracking System was a good pourchase!!! Any one have it or know someones( you can p.m. me)!!! Effective or not??? I've heard that Boomerang 2 wasn't good!!!
