Default squeaking

i have a 1996 honda accord lx 4dr and when i drive 15mph or less i hear a squeaking noise... but when i break i don't hear nothing no more... but as soon as i let go of the breaks i hear it again.... i was told that it might be the caliper rubbing against the rotor....

If it stops while you're pressing the brakes the caliper is bad, Most likely it is

well 3 months ago i changed my pads... one rotor was a little warp... i've been wanting to change the rotors and pad but i keep putting it off for another day... but now im getting frustrated with the squeaking..... and i have to press some what all the way down so that it could come to a complete stop.... i've tryed to sudden brake to see if it stops are skids and it doesn't do nothing... it just slows down like if i had alot of weight.....
