Default D15B ??????

I have a 91 crx si (a6) and the motor went in it. I replace it with a D15B n/v jdm hp/tq is 104/102 for the D15 and 108/104 the D16 . I am running the si ecu and the intake manifold, injectors, dissy, also have the cam set on the hf/dx hash marks

will this set up make more hp/tq out of the motor or will it be the same or less?

I would think it would make more because you are putting more gas in the chamber via the si ecu.

D15 b/s is 75.0x84.5mm and compression is 9.2:1 gas 1493cc
D16 b/s is 75.0x90.0mm and compression is 9.1:1 gas 1590cc

I have the cam out of the D16 and i have been told that it is different (bigger lobes) and set it by the si hash mark it will work in the D15 head. Will it?

you have a JDM D15B in your car? that is a vtec motor. are you using a 89-91 Si ecu??? if so you are no utilizing vtec..... also the A6 cam will not work in a vtec head. the A6 cam works in D15b7 heads.

i think he is talking about the d15b7.
as far as power its just a different powerband the d15 will make the same power basically as your old d16a6 only difference will be that the d16 would make its top hp/torque earlier in the rpm band than the d15b7.
also your wondering about using the better fuel map si ecu which will dump more fuel into the d15. well it ll help if, you add maybe a z6 intake manifold or y8 which will introduce more air into the chambers and well help the extra fuel burn faster and in terms make more power. and also keep your d15b7 tb because its 56mm as oppose to the d16a6 tb which is 55mm.
