Default JG Head

I was checking out the JG heads for an all motor B16 that I have. Has anyone used one and if so are they are good product or just a waist of money? I would appreciate any response about this head.
Thanks, Steve

Would it be a good idea to put on a mugen head gasket, and also i see a lot of ppl talking about ARP headstuds, would that be a good investment as well.
Thanks, Steve
