test pipe on gsr OBDII

Default test pipe on gsr OBDII

would a test pipe (straight pipe) in place of my cat.Ruine my O2' sensor. the test pipe comes with location for the sensor.

well you're gonna need to have 2 bungs for the oxygen sensors. perferably one in the front and one on the back. your check engine light might come on because the sensors might not get hot enough because a straight pipe flows pretty good.

I would not use a test pipe. even if you put both O2 bungs in the two O2's are there for a reason also. OBD2 reads both readings through the cat so it can correct af ratios as the car is driving. if you want to go and use a test pipe I would say convert to OBD1 but in my opinion a test pipe does not yield enough power to go through the work
