Default B16 and displacement

Ok, so i have a B16a2 with a moderate port and polish. The head has also been milled .020. It is equipped with a skunk2 valvetrain and ti retainers. It is sitting on a stock block, and made 180whp through a b16 tranny. I drive a mostly stock civic si, 1999, with the same motor (no **** huh). Deciding for an affordable way to take this beast up past where she allready is, my first thought is to take care of the biggest limiters. IE my 1.6litre block. I am very interested in tech's stroker kit, as i can purchase the pistons for 500, and dont' have to worry about sleeving the block. But with the LS internals, i dont feel that i will be able to take advantage of the s2s2 cams. That doesn't leave much as far as options go. Would anyone with any experience with such an aggeresive cam toss out thier two cents?

btw this motor isn't in the car

How do I make a higher displacement b16 that makes use of an aggersive came, such as a skunk2 stage 2?
