i couldnt find an answer through search.

Im having trouble with a spoon copy chip that i have currently installed in my pw0 ecu in my jdm integra xsi.

the chip is installed but it doesnt seem to be affecting the ecu.
it seems as if its still running the stock program with 4600 vtec cross-over and 8k redline (same as before the chip was installed).

Im sure that the chip has a spoon copy program coz i got it from a reliable source and installed by a pro.

Does any1 know why the chip doesnt seem to be affecting the ecu?
maybe a jumper i need to cross or something to enable it?

if the chip is fucked, can any1 recommend where i can get one with a mugen or spoon program burnt for my car?
i know ebay has them for 20, i emailed the seller and he would recommend i get a mugen one with 3900rpm redline.. which seems abit too low for my 1.6l.
