Default Suspension upgrades for hybrid????

Ok, my car survived its recent usage of its AEM cold water intake....hahaha, but had some other questions cross my mind as far as upgrading the car.

I want to upgrade the suspension. I currently have aerospeed lowering springs( in back at least....the front was too low, and axle angle was bad, so I put factory springs back in the front ). I was thinking about going back to a coil over sleeve kit with my AGX's, but wondered what brand( my previouse ones were a cheap kind....on the car when I bought it. )

I was thinking about ground control, but didn't know if I should go with the normal CRX kit, or get custom rate springs. If custom , what spring rates for front and rear? I have a b18a swap, and want the car to handle better.

I am not overly worried about going very low, so can I get longer springs to have more travel? At most I want 1.5"to1.75" drop. I don't really want a progressive rate spring because I don't like my current handling with them, and I would like to have some adjustlbillity because I may play around at some Autocross events.

Thanks in advance
