Default crower 404 stage 3 cams for ls

i just bought some crower stage 3 404 cams. so far i only have i/h/e in a b18a1 motor. im going to put a pnp ls head with this cams, springs and retrainers.
1.)would i need some vualves?
as for the bottom end im going to put some usdm itr pistons with eagle rods and a ge block guard.
2.)would i need to do anything to the crank?
3.)would it be better if i put some usdm itr .25 over pistons?
4.)would i need to do anything? would i have clearence between the vualves and the pistons?
5.)would i need to have this tuned or can i chip my ecu?
I use 93 octane all the time so im pretty sure that would help runing it better.
maybe later on i might add a direct port kit.
6.)what would be the highest shot of n2o i can use?

sorry for so many questions but i whant to build this right.

i also whant to redline at 7.5k-8k.would that be a problem?

also what if i put the springs and retrainers with the 404 cams and a pnp head.would i need to tune it? would it run right?

yeah I recommend that if you are goin to use Crower cams then use the crower valvetrain! Its not expensive either!

I have a Built LS and you dont need bigger injector or a fuel pump! I had a 255 Walboro Fuel pump and H22 injector and they hurt my power more w/ them than with the stock pieces! Adjustable Cam Gears will help yes, also I would look into P30 Pistons or CTR Pistons, too! They make a big difference! Also you want to raise your compression for those cams!

Good luck

Don't get a fuel rail either (unless you want it for looks only)

that is my best advice
good for performance while still in a budget

1.)would i need some vualves?
as for the bottom end im going to put some usdm itr pistons with eagle rods and a ge block guard.

--stock valves are fine, itr pistons is a +, eagle rods +, n block guards +

2.)would i need to do anything to the crank?

--keep the crank the way it is, knife edging them weakens the crank (from what i herd)

3.)would it be better if i put some usdm itr .25 over pistons?

-- yes the pistons will work fine, it'll raise the compression for more hp

4.)would i need to do anything? would i have clearence between the vualves and the pistons?

-- adjust your valves

5.)would i need to have this tuned or can i chip my ecu?
I use 93 octane all the time so im pretty sure that would help runing it better.
maybe later on i might add a direct port kit.

-- keep octane at 93, and definatly get it tunned with safc, emanange, hondata, etc

6.)what would be the highest shot of n2o i can use?

-- not sure, depending on your final set-up and compression #'s

i also whant to redline at 7.5k-8k.would that be a problem?

-- should be no problem shifting from 7.5 to 8ks with your engine being built

also what if i put the springs and retrainers with the 404 cams and a pnp head.would i need to tune it? would it run right?

404, need it tuned, required dual valvesprings and retainer, having the head pnp is a plus. it would run right if it's done right. 404 should idles like stock (from experience)

hoped i help, and correct me if i'm wronge!
have a great build up!
haha hope i helped a little bit

This is true, however w/ ITR Pistons you shouldn't have a problem, at all!

Likely wouldn't have a problem with ITR's, you're right. BUT, you never know... he hasn't specified block decking, head milling, or head gasket. Better to be safe than sorry.

CTR pistons in my LS block with Colt Race cams, at +6 and -6, I was VERY close to the valve relief in the piston.

No you can not bore it that big, you must use aftermarket sleeves, and as far as pistons go you will have to use aftermarket b/c the ITR + CTR pistons only come in 81 and 81.25 mm bore sizes!

Dont mill the head to much!

82mm!

If you want to use CTR's though then I would go 81.25mm and mill the head 0.010" at the most! IMO
