nope ur good up to 82mm

 

What wuld my bore in mm's and displacement be after I got bored over

Bore would be 81.25mm.
Displacement the same.

If you hone the block an extra 40 thousandths (.25mm), that's not enough to give it "more displacement" nor will you notice any difference. The OS pistons are there for those who need to hone the cylinder walls for whatever reason.... rust, age, etc.

 

To be exact: displacement with 81.25mm bore would be 1605cc instead of 1595cc

 

bore: 81.25mm
displacement: around 1600cc mark...
