Default all motor sohc questions

well im gonna be building a sohc all motor beast in the near future. plans are to run the a6 block, p29 pistons, z6 head, skunk2 intake manifold and so on. well heres whats up. i just bought a rebuilt z6 head the other night for 150. well i just talked to my friedn a lil whiel ago and hes he parting out his car casue hes getting rid of it. well hes got a z6head,crower stage2cam, crower springs, crower retainers, and a mild p+p. hes also has crower rods. nows hes saying he will give the head and crower rods for $650. To me that sounds like a good deal. what do u think? and my other question is are the crower rods gonna work with p29 pistons on an a6 block? also will the arp head studs out of his z6 work with the z6 head on the a6 block? my plans are to buy all this and sell the stock z6 head i jsut bought. what do u guys think? thanks
