on a 88 accord front bumper someone told me it bolts on from the bottom but i cant find where it bolts on at. Can someone tell me where the bolt holes are

 

should be one bolt in each of the fender wells, and a bunch of plastic clips on the bottom. it's been a while since i had my '88, so it's hard to remember.

 

hmm there are fog light cutouts / plastic covers beneath the turnsignals at the bottom corners.
I believe there are bolts behind those... I usually remove the bumper and metal bumper as one unit... only 4 bolts.

 

There are four or five on the top edge of the bumper between the headlights. You have to open your hood to see them. Then there are about four on the bottom edge, and between 1-3 in each wheel well. It depends on if yours still has all the screws its supposed to.
