Icon5 Diagnostic 2 pin connector to 3 pin

Hello, i am new to this website so ill try to keep it short and simple.
I have a honda accord fifth gen CE7 from europe.
I want live data out of my car to monitor what is going on. So i found this gadget the hondash but after further investigation this needs a blue 3 pin connector.
I only have a 2 pin connector (shown in the picture below). I was wondering how hard it is to connect a 3th wire to my ecu to convert it to a 3 pin connector and if its worth doing. Note: i have oil pressure gague and oil temp gague in the car already.

No you cannot. Changing the 2-wire plug to a 3-wire plug doesn't change the output... the 2-wire plug is for setting the distributor timing and manually checking OBD-1 style codes. The 3-wire connector has the Tx and Rx wires needed to communicate with your diagnostic tool. Your oil temp and pressure gauge will not communicate with your diagnostic tool directly.
