99 Honda civic ( I’m a woman trying to do it all myself. I literally have no help )
I’ve had this car for eight years. I am the third owner. In the past four years, it has started having issues. I have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor, fuel injectors and a semi new starter. Also 2 new batteries because the first one I got was a bad battery. My car was also idling a low and I got that fixed. It randomly dies while driving it and I can give it a jumpstart or two if needed and then it’s fine again. It’s never far either. I’ve been told that I should buy an idle air control valve. Which I have ordered and waiting on. Is there anything else that could be causing it to die? It’s a 99 Honda Civic, but I don’t know what submodel it is as well. Everything is manual inside of it except for the car itself. It’s an automatic.
