I recently bought another civic, this one was already modified and came with the whole front end that the seller said was from a crashed EK4 from an unknown year, for the bumper to get to the correct height I need to push it up and the top bolts (of which I don't have any) don't line up by a lot as seen on the picture
Thankful for any suggestions
If anyone knows of any full bolt and fastener kit for the exterior at a good price I'd be thankful, I barely have any and some aren't from the car

Your car is a 1997 and that front end is from 1999-2000. The core support is different between the two. That's your issue.

You can easily buy bolt and nut kits from Amazon. Even the plastic clips. Just don't go for that 'dress-up' junk. They use allen/hex and once the bolts seize, you're screwed.

 

yes I second this. 1996-1998 are pre face-lift models, 1999-2000 are face-lift. There are a few differences but the main incompatible exterior one being the front end.

 

Is there something I can do like a kit or something, or do I need to change the core support?

 

I'd just run cable ties.
