Default Suspension and Wheel Advice

Currently planning out the repair and restomod of my 2000 DC4 Integra and am looking for a good suspension for daily driving, year round and I like to run the turns. I need a suspension height of around stock minus 1-1.50 as I have to deal with a lot of steep entries and currently have to come in slow and at an angle of the car will hit the nose or scrape the sides.

As to the wheel, they are WhislerWhisleguessing 8" or more by how much theybstretch the tires and stick out. I like the 16" size but not sure what budget friendly wheels would be correct.

Changing to correct wheel size is part of the plan. Progress CS2? I'll look them up. Thank you.
