Icon5 P0715 Appeared on my 97 Accord

So around 4 month ago I received a check engine light with the code P0715 so i replaced the input shaft speed sensor and then it went away. Then it appeared again a month ago so I had replaced the output sensor and went away again. Now it has appeared once more and i don't know what to do, the problem I was able to notice is that when I am driving the rpm goes real high so i let go of the gas and then the gear shift, after that it drives like normal switching gears as it should, this issue appeared after i was in traffic stopping and going repeatably in such short burst, I checked the transmission fluid and it seemed normal, both the sensors seemed to work, I believe that my transmission is ruined but i was wondering if anyone could help narrow down the issue

Have you resolved your issue with P0715? Is your 97 Accord an EX V6? I went through this with my 96 Accord around 20 years ago, and I later found there was a recall on the 5th gen Accord (94-97) with a V6 engine. Replacing the ignition coil solved my problem, and I also thought my transmission was done. Please let me know if I can answer any questions/help in any way.
