2018 Accord Sport 1.5T Misfire
Please someone help me
I have a 2018 Accord Sport 1.5T - Car has 139,000 miles on it. It's been trouble free for over 103,000 miles until a few weeks ago.
Car started to misfire under acceleration. I thought this was due to the fuel pump. I got the fuel pump replaced under the recent recall. The problem went away for a day.
The misfire was very random and not consistent, one day under hard acceleration the car misfired really bad and threw every light on in the dash and went into a limp mode, it had basically no power but it did not shut off the engine. I pulled over, turned the car off and restarted it and the car acted like nothing happened. I scanned it and got a code for cylinder 4 misfire.
I've replaced the spark plugs, There was no oil or liquid on the spark plugs. The car then ran perfectly fine for about 2 weeks then the problem came back.
All research I've done points me to the head gasket. However I have no symptoms other than misfires that would suggest that. My coolant is full and new as I recently did a full coolant flush and change. My oil is only 2800 miles old and looks clean, the oil is not cloudy or milky, the car does not over heat.
I have changed the fuel injectors, the old ones still looked fine, they were not caked in goop and grime, there is some carbon dust on them but looks normal, still I put in new injectors. The misfire is still there. It now reads cylinders 1, 2 ,3 misfire, I rechecked the injectors install and they are all in place as they should be. I also checked all the ignition coils and they all work
I replaced the air filter, I've also checked the MAF sensor and it looks clean.
I'm at a complete loss as to what the problem can be. The only time the check engine light comes on is under a hard acceleration, it will hit about 3500-4000 rpm and start misfiring then the engine light flashes and car goes into limp mode. I turn it off and back on and the engine light is gone and the car is no longer in limp mode, but I cannot accelerate at any type of pace or it will misfire.
To me I'm thinking something electrical is going on but have no idea what it could be or even how to find it.
I'm going to check my O2 sensor and see if maybe that needs replaced even though I have no code being thrown for the sensor
Any one have a similar experience or any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

I have a 2019 Accord Hybrid and have been having this issue since 2023 with only a little over 60,000 miles. I am so frustrated at this point, I was told it was spark plugs so I paid to change them, them I was told it needed a valve adjustment, I paid for that. The dealership can not diagnose even though I have video of exactly what happens because no code is stored. I called Honda corporation and they had a field tech speak with dealership service manager. They have just (after my car at dealership for over a month) advised me it is a problem with injector 3 and they need to do a head gasket job at $10,900.00.
I am so upset - I have been to the dealership about 15 times for this problem since 2023 and was just sent home each time telling me there is nothing they can find wrong. They are not even 100% sure this will solve the problem. Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Even without the car overheating, and clean oil, no white smoke out the exhaust?
All videos and things i see and read about the head gasket says my car should over heat
