2000 honda accord crank no start no cel no communication
I have a 2000 honda accord 2.3l 5 speed went to work everything was fine and now the car will crank but wont start im pretty sure its not getting any spark or the fuel pump aint priming either, when i turn the key to the on position the cel and the green immobilizer light doesn’t come on anymore and there is no communication when i hook up my scanner to the car, i checked and replaced the acgs fuse and ecu fuse in the driver side fuse box in the car even changed the main relay fuse with a few i had laying around and even used a new one and still the same crank no start issue so im at a loss now and could ise some help
Just the CEL and security. There's other lights on the dash. I know it has something to do with the ACG fuse as it keeps blowing when I turn the key. If I take out the Number 1 Fuel pump fuse in the driver's side dash it doesn't blow but of course it won't start. I've tried a new main relay and that didn't help. I've been on this problem for 2 weeks and cannot figure it out. It's a 2000 accord if that's helpful. Any ideas would be appreciated.
You have to find out what "load" downstream of this fuse is pulling too much current...... It could also be a "shorted" wire.....
You will need some special electrical diagnostic tools and a wiring diagram to find out what uses this fuse for power. These are not easy to find issues even if you have some experience. They can be tough to find.
I use a special inline fuse plug with an ammeter in series with a circuit breaker.........and then break the circuit in half by unplugging connectors. I had some special on the job training to learn this. If you can't find the wiring diagram I can probably find it for you later at some of my contacts.
That's what I would do if this were my ride and based on your description.

If the pump is causing the fuse to blow then check the pump for a dead short.
If not then check the harness, using a meter.
If there was anything done to the car prior to this, no matter how mundane, then start there first.
