Picked up some new headlights.

 

Didnt you just get new headlights a few weeks ago?

 

Negative. They were good condition ones i scored from HMO.

That was back in July.

 

where were you able to source bnib hid jdm housings still?

 

Have to say my fave colour for the R is Yellow. I was so tempted to go for yellow when I was sourcing mine back in 04/05. The reason I didn't was because I reckoned it would have stood out too much and what with the light fingered scumbags around... That and I was in my mid thirties at the time and thought it might look a bit try hard. Yet here I am at 51 still driving an R. Mid life crisis going on 13 years. Funny enough back then the JDM yellows didn't get much of an extra premium over the regular white/black/red in Japanese auctions. If anything they were slightly below. Same for silver. Now the JDM yellows get a definite premium.

That looks nice T. Love the carbon bonnet(apologies Sir, hood ) and lip. A few carbon bits really makes the yellow pop. Ditto for the black wheels. Well, yellow and black is nature's colour combination for "I'm dangerous, **** off!".

I dunno where T got his, but I know of an English lad who sourced a set BNIB from Japan in 2017. Apparently they were still available then. IIRC he paid around 800 quid/bucks/euros each.
