I'm back in an EG.
This assumes I don't swap my current CTE M62 for a larger TVS 1320. The 1320 makes more boost pressure at cooler temps and at lower blower rpm than my current M62. The jury is still out on how much higher it sits than my current blower, so for THIS I'd consider cutting the webbing, and getting the same guy who did my shock towers to smooth out the cuts and respray the entire hood, both sides, since it has a few rock chips that drive me nuts.
...but in reality I'll probably end up doing that cooler manifold, and getting my CTE M62 refreshed, and powder coated matte black and call it day. The current power delivery is amazing, and honestly if I made too much more down low it'd start tp upset the amazing balance this thing has in corners now that I've started to fully sort the suspension.
this is such an insanely clean and beautiful car dude. holy hell. im glad i decided to log in tonight. cant wait for more updates and those welds on that header look AMAZING for what you paid for it i was actually shocked to see that good of welds.
Finally got the front pads and rotors on. No good pics right now as car is filthy, and I wasn't stopping to grab my real camera.
Front brakes are:
Legend GS twin piston calipers (nearly identical to NSX calipers but without the "NSX" logo
Legend GS 28T caliper bracket, machined
Legend GS 11.1'' rotors 28mm thickness - StopTech
Legend GS pads - StopTech
Rears are:
Fastbrakes 11'' rotors and caliper bracket to relocate the OEM 1994 Si rear calipers/pads
ITR 1'' master cylinder and Integra DC booster
Earl's Stainless lines
The next time I need rotors I'm just going to buy some sort of bolt-on upgrade with 11'' rotors and 4 or 6 piston calipers. The current set-up stops insanely well, but I am not in love with having 5x114.3 Legend GS rotors re-drilled. Before anyone jumps in with "get Mini Cooper rotors!" or "re-drill Prelude VTEC rotors!" I cannot use ANY other rotor with my set-up besides Legend GS 28mm thick rotors. Mini rotors are only 22m thick, and ITR/Prelude VTEC are only 23mm. This means that if you run the front pads close to the squeal indicator you'll spit the inside pad out, and blow the caliper seals. 28mm rotors are great for resisting warping. I'll see how long these last me from brand new though.

I've not driven the car at length since installing the bar. Just finished the brakes last night. Need to swap the header before I drive the car hard. That should happen in the next few days.
The bar does feel solid, but it's also lighter than it looks. I was happy with the build quality, and finish.

I bought a PLM header a while back and have had no issues with it. Good quality, especially for the price. Is it anything like a Mugen or Jasma, probably not. However, I think it will serve you well until you’re ready to get that high-end header for this monster build.
Btw, love all the custom stuff you’re doing with the ride man....looks ******* ****!
thanks,

Scuffed with Scotchbrite metal finishing pad, wiped down with acetone, then shot it with Krylin high heat BBQ grill paint. Coverage was super even, and turned out more matte than ultra ashy flat.
The only issue I'm having is the top of the tip scuffs against the bottom of the bumper edge, and it does mar the finish. I need to have my exhaust redone from a two bolt flange and spring bolts to at least having a section of flex pipe where a cat should be.
