1997 del sol trailing arm weld nut completely broken off. I researched post saying cut a hole above the nut but they only give the location for ek and eg, where is it on a del sol?

Do not have access to a welder as of now but i could always buy a cheapo harbor freight if needed or would actually help(Have some welding experience)

Need ideas and solutions
