Is your trailing arm rusty or something? Before removal mark or make alignment marks. When hammering out, you hammer from behind the arm. When installing you hammer it in use the alignment marks and hammer it in from the front.

Ah, the videos I saw showed people hammering from the outside of the arm toward the center of the car. Sounds like you are doing the opposite?

100%! I will get it shipping back to you.
Thank you again.
I can see why they charge $130 to $170 for this tool, it is definitely a professional grade tool, but it just doesn't make sense for me to drop that coin and then have the tool sit on my shelf for a decade...

Yeah, there was a online tool rental site ran by members of team-integra.net. Best idea yet. You pay a deposit, they ship, you ship back, you get refunded deposit.

At the time the schley tool wasn't available and I couldn't wait since a timeline of when it was going to be avail was made. So I amazoned a bronze hammer.

i felt the same at first. Then i figured, why the hell not, i going to have more civics in my time. Easier with the tool.
the 2nd time i used it was last summer on my oled eg sedan right before i sold it. Sooner or later my current civic will get the same treatment.

Im considering hardrace bushings but i feel tis lil "over kill" for an auto DD. I need to get the rear lca bushings done though. Already found the outter/ first bolt on the lca is damn seized to the bushing's sleeve.. both side, same location. Oh joy...
