Default Swirl pot confusion

Just snagged a brand new SF billet swirl pot for my lsv turbo build. I see where the pot mounts to the pass side of the head, and I'll make a an16 hose that goes from the pot to the top of the rad. Now there's a small hose barb by the cap, do i run a hose from there to my rad overflow? Or keep that open to atmosphere? I have a billet rad overflow, it has 2 ports, currently my rad overflow barb has a hose from that to the overflow bottom. The upper rad overflow tank port has a hose that dumps to the ground, any suggestions on bow all this needs to be plumbed. New to swirl pots.lol Current bay shot

Super late reply: The barb should go to the overflow if I'm thinking about it right. You might have to post a picture. Are you sure the pot will fit on your setup? I was under the assumption that you couldn't run a distributor since it would hit it. I could be wrong though.
