There was a lack of commitment from everyone this year. There were almost 15k posts last year and we aren't even at 6500 this year.

Too bad I didn't finish 5th. Would've mirrored JV's standings from 1997 to 1998 when he went from first to fifth the next year.

Sauber set for 2018 driver line-up, Alfa Romeo announcements

Supposedly the entire range will be 1 step softer so superhard is what the hard was, hard is what medium was and so on

Well using the same hard and soft compound at every track would result in tyres that don't wear at all or too much, depending on the track. I understand why they want so many compounds but why not just call them soft/med/hard and then have 3 different degrees of the soft/med/hard. Casual fans wont care if its soft tyre 1,2, or 3 being run during a weekend.

they should just make 3 tires that will be used all year long on all tracks. how teams choose to use them should be up to them not FIA
