There's no true "e-tune" with the AEM EMS. This is why it is called a "Standalone" style of Engine Management System. There are some base tunes to get the car to idle, move with a small amount of boost pressure, so that you can get the car to a professional and finish the job, but this is not like some Subaru, Seat, or Mitsubishi where you can just get an Instant map to work with it all.

So, yes, a tune is possible.
No, we cannot do it over the internet.
Yes, you can contact AEM and see if a European dealer/tuner is recommended..
No, it will not be free, and you may find that many in Europe are afraid to do perform this on a Honda.

You'll need to contact AEM (ADVANCED ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT) in the U.S. and inquire about who they know that might be able to completely tune your car in that region. It may not be close, so you may have to have a carrier to transport the car if it is not drivable.

In the meantime, places like phearable.net or even Evans Tuning may be able to sell a base calibration to get the car at least started so you can drive to a professional without a carrier. You will need to know in detail about what parts you've put into it ( if the car is stock, what size injectors, fuel pump, which turbocharger you're using etc), and give then those details.

You will not be able to drive that car with only a basemap calibration too long.

That's the best help we can give. No one can do a full tune over the internet that is complete
The rest, you must contact these places to get further answers in detail.
