Bought new from HMS motorsports probably 2ish years ago. Was the harness on my passenger seat so it was actually only used about twice ever for instructors. The shoulder belts and each lap belt have different expiration dates, but nothing expires before 2020.

RaceCapture/Track – predictive lap timer, data logger and telemetry system. This is the older version that's no longer available ($275). This includes TWO Legacy OBDII adapter to work with 1996-2007 OBDII vehicles (+$100 x2). The adapter that this came with wouldn't fit in my Integra due to the wire coming out of the side so I bought one with a wire straight out the back. I've used it a few times, and it works pretty well once you get some of the quirks figured out.

FS: PCI side mount race wing for DC2

Used on my H2 integra for 1.5 seasons, redoing some things this winter and would like to try another wing. Has some small blemishes on the leading edge from track debris. This worked very well on my car.
