hello every one
well it goes with out saying that i was a fan of Honda for a long time
but i recently sold my 2010 Chevy Cruz and got me a used Honda Civic coupe 1998 16dy7 1.6 well the car has about216500 km on it but still going strong
i like the car and enjoy driving it and working on it
so i had to check a lot of stuff i have some knowledge with cars so i started with oil and oil filter change5w30 synthetic and some liqui moly additive
i ordered a fuel and air filters
some problems iam working on them

it has a high Idel (1800-1500 rev) when cold start for about 5 minutes the it come down to about 800-1000
the rear window defogger connector is broken and when i connect it it becomes relay hot
the central lock doesn't lock so i need to lock it manually u replaced the remote battery and checked all the fuses but all in vain

there was a swimming poll in the trunk i took out the water and ordered a new rubber seal


some electrical mess but i reorganized it


the trunk doesn't close because a hing is broken so i need to do some wielding


the radiator cap fall a part but i managed to take the parts out of the radiator
so i have just the cap with out the spring or other parts


i couldn't under stand how to connect the stereo with the original connector so here what we have






SRS light but i managed to reset it connecting the yellow cable in the fuse box

and a lot more

i couldnt find OBD2 port some other cars the same model have it here what i found



and a long list will fix them slowly

we have to fix a lot of broken things but its okay for its age
