Only going to be about 12# on this block, till I can do a sleeved block. The intake was purchased from a member on here, said custom built. Oil pan is obx, fitting on front are to just plug the holes till I run the oil line, etc. While it's on the stand, had them sitting around.
Yes it's a china charger, I already have a new garrett gt35r chra sitting for when this one dies, both for a fraction of what a real 35r go for. As far as p.s., won't work because of the manifold or...?

Using the CRV power steering pump with that upper bracket requires modifications to get it to bolt up and you are barely get a full bolt on it. Doesn't leave much room for belt wear (adjustment). It's been a while since I had a bottom CRV bracket to check the bottom for which has more room for belt adjustment. Either way, at least the power steering belt is the easiest to change LOL!

I've joined the V club. Thanks in a big way to advice and info on here.

It's a 5 speed manual, 1998 and tidy (with the exception of peel on the roof and drivers 1/4 panel). Plans are to tidy the paint defects and fix the clunky suspension. Feels like something important is loose under there..

If it's the front that Clunking first thing I would do is change out the Sway Bar End Links.

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the club!

Berz out.

So, the speedometer on my 2005 CRV stopped working, everything else was fine. Im virtually clueless when it comes to car repair but I checked online troubleshooting, found the issue, and found a used gauge cluster, replaced it while watching a youtube tutorial and it worked. But during my excitement of actually fixing something I hurriedly attempted putting the removable panel underneath the steering column back on so I could go brag about my newfound repairing manliness and it wasn't placed properly when I in true caveman fashion tried bashing it back into place. 2 of the plastic "securing clips?" busted off. Its secured with the screws and isnt visually broken, just loose if you grab the bottom of the panel. Im trying to find out if 1) judging by this description the specific part is clear and 2) is it a part that can be ordered. I'd like to avoid going to a junkyard and trying to explain why i need that specific panel.

I told myself I wasn't bidding over $250... then I noticed it matched my side bars, saw the BASIC grill guard (NOS, but still) going for $480 asking bid, and realized I wouldn't have to spend money for the LED bar I was planning for the bumper and went up to $400 shipped. Cracked the reserve but got outbid a few minutes later.

Not a big one, no... but 4 genuine PIAA lights will put out at least as much as the 12" one that'll fit in the bottom of the bumper I'm planning. Right in here basically.

I know this is from a while ago but does anyone know what springs he was on with the accord shocks? This is the ride height I'm looking for.

Hello I am new to this but I'm having some issues with my 1997 honda crv. Recently I was driving home and it started shifting funny. When I put it in drive the car would jump. Figured I'd get it to an auto parts store and check the fluid. Fluid level was fine store employee suggested I put some lucas transmission conditioner it, I put about half a bottle. From there driving home I noticed it was slipping from 1st to 2nd and then from 2nd to 3rd, by the time I got close to home it would not shift into 4th and would not go over 40mph. I parked it and haven't driven it since trying to figure out what to do. Any suggestions? I've been told to do the drain and refill x3 and that will fix it.

Progress... Lowered again on one of my SAR sets. I'll post more pictures with more progress. Going to peel the dip and paint the car soon.

Anybody know if 2nd gens came with a single DIN stereo from the factory? Or, is there another Honda model that was available with either single or double DIN stereo options in the same size dashboard hole?

I've got a Metra dash kit installed to use my single DIN receiver but the fitment sucks. It has big gaps around it and and rattles over bumps. I would much rather use OEM parts if they exist.
