98-0408: State Farm supports texting while driving
Dear State Farm Insurance,
Before I sue you for supporting texting while driving by your insured party. I want you to know the entire Honda/Acura community does not support State Farm insurance because your denial of repairs took a low mileage 1998 Acura Integra Type-R off the roads of America. I will let the tuner community call you themselves to tell you what they think of your insurance company. 1 (844) 292-8615 , claim number: 3415785W5.
From: Howcome we park on driveways, and drive on parkways?

I have Grundy Worldwide and I pay $330 something a YEAR. I have a guaranteed value of my car of $23,500. ('01 with 90k)
There are limits to this collector coverage policy however. Cant drive more than 2500 miles a year. Must have a second vehicle. Must have locked, covered, legit storage for vehicle. Can't drive to/from work. and a few other things that I will never run into.
I have had them since I owned the vehicle which is year 4 now. I started with a guaranteed value of $18,000 and have changed twice. They have been great by me. No problems or issues or hassle at all, highly recommend.

Not sure how to go about this. I am willing to protest with signs out front of a State Farm office.
State Farm accepted liability, then refused to pay. They gave a different reason why every time we called.
Repair bill is $9,800 and I cannot pay out of pocket.

Whoa whoa whoa.....
$9,800????!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!
TO FIX WHAT?
That is insane. There is no way $10k damage to the front of that caR. Idk where you got an estimate, but go get another one.
Here is ALL DOT OEM replacement parts.... $2,300.... Might there be another $200 in misc parts... so lets say $2,500...
So $2,500 in parts, Another $1,500 in labor to assemble/replace/weld, and another $1,500 to paint it all......
Sounds like $5,500 FOR ALL OEM replacements... Doesnt get more expensive....

What is the story with the accident? How did it happen? Your insurance company should be stepping up and handling it with State Farm . You should speak with your agent.
