Here's a crazy thought, kinda way out there but you never know. What about Fred to Williams accompanied by the Santander sponsorship. That money on top of the M&R money would def be helpful. He could go in place of Massa. Paddy Lowe is there yoo. The only issue is what would his chances for wins really be? Williams doesn't seem to be on an upward trend anymore, but is that just the drivers they have and not the chassis.

I'll be shocked if Williams get Honda and I really don't think McLaren is getting Merc.

 

Vettel / Bottas will be the keys to the 2018 driver market. I do not think Vettel is going to leave unless Ferrari struggles the rest of the season - and even then it's a maybe. Meanwhile at Merc, Bottas has emerged as a worthy #2.

 

Looks like there's an open seat at Red Bull...

 

And Horner said Sainz will be at STR in 2018.
