1990 B18a1 swap going into a 1996 Acura integra coupe. Skunk 2 manifold. I can't seem to find a throttle cable bracket that fits.

Typically a Type R throttle cable bracket. Not the GS-R.

Type-r throttle cable bracket/stay. Part # 16411-P73-000

Type-r throttle cable if you need it. Part # 17910-ST7-R01

Check around on pricing some sellers/companies like to mark up the price for that "Hype-r" tax.

well it says stay, throttle wire. Which means it's the stay aka bracket for the throttle wire/cable.

honda does that with nearly everything, some of the names they give stuff is weird.

Try just making one out of aluminum or something, or a shop would do it for cheap

No shop would custom make a one-off like this for "cheap" (relatively speaking as a practical matter). By the time you pay that shop to make it, you could get the original part and be done.

i would just see if one of those two brackets are the right distance from the throtle body and open the hole up with a dremel and call it a day. takes less time than ordering a new one and waiting for it.
