might be far to travel, but could be worth it.

Thus....................nah.
Not sure honda has much to celebrate with that pace in a war of attrition. Hopefully Spec 3 flattens that downward slope a bit.
My wife insisted that we add things like a kitchen and bedrooms though.
LOL
Spec 3 Honda PU isn't really spec 3 doe. Moar like 2.5. I think it will def help them but the full 3.0 update won't be until end of summer I believe.

just in case they're reading i just want to make it clear to all the teams that i haven't committed to drive for ferrari next year.

I have a feeling we will all be let down and all the big players will stay put. If McLaren can get Merc back then he wont have much incentive to leave.
I thought VET to Merc was a long shot anyway and with the events in Baku I'd be shocked if it happened. HAM and BOT are a good pairing. Unless HAM decides to call it quits I can't see that happening.
I've emailed my CV to Sauber and told them I'll have nothing but great things to say about their car, the team, and the wonderful Honda PU they will be putting in the back of their '18 challenger.
Whatever Alonso decides to do you know it will be the wrong move. If Honda stays with McLaren and Fred leaves the Honda PU will come good next year. If he and Honda stay at McLaren it will be another year of shitty PUs. If Fred stays and Honda leaves McLaren then the Honda PU will suddenly be on par with the Merc next year.
I am looking forward to the 107% rule getting mentioned during every qualifying session in 2018.
With Ferrari being competitive, there isn't much incentive for Seb to leave, and the only seat that he would take is at Merc. I think Bottas has proven satisfactory in his role there and bringing in Alonso or Vettel would only cause tensions with Lewis.
That is an interesting idea. Max gets out of his contract at RB due to a performance clause and goes to Ferrari. Fred could take his place at RB, a bridge he hasn't burned yet. Once Fred retired from F1 he could run Indy 500 and LeMans with RB sponsorship. That seems like it could work. That also puts Fred back with Renault in some form.
As for Sauber, it would be hilarious if the Honda does get the PU program together and they start running with the mid field in 2018 while McLaren runs around struggling to fight for 3rd place.

Good point, when was the last time RB brought in a driver, let alone a top driver?
I guess if Max goes they can move up Sainz but Kvyat looks moar and moar lost lol. Reliability isn't helping him but still. I guess Fred is either at McLaren/Honda, McLaren/Merc or retired.
