Epoxy resin mixed with cabosil/graphite powder and fiberglass cloth. You can get some adjustment out of them by warming them up, once cool they will stay that shape. Not sure if they will fit the sedan, but wouldn't surprise me if you could make them fit well.

Awesome, ill get the mold setup tomorrow night.. Also if you get a 98-01 integra, I have a replica of the oem itr lip available soon. Made a mold from my own .. Purchasing a oem bumper this week to fit them to and get production going. Here's the first "beta" version that plopped out.

Subbed for this product. Think they'll be primer/paint-able?

Ill keep you guys updated, you can also like me on facebook @adventcomposite as I post what's going on there. Currently I'm working on fitment with some of my "reject" lips to get a idea of how I need to lay them up, thickness etc.. Real attempt will be layed up this weekend.

For sure on the primer, There might even be a paint match option as I'm a painter at my collision shop. Just need to see if the boss will allow me to use the booth for my parts ha, if not I think I have a spot.
