5 Lug Conversion Question
I was looking at a 5 lug conversion for my 99 sedan. I don't understand if I should just go with the Ek conversion (32mm) or ITR (36mm). Can anyone give me input?
Also, the conversion I was looking at was on hmotorsonline. Does anyone know if they provide everything I need to convert or would i need extra parts?
Thanks

I did the 36mm from HMotors on my EH2.
It's probably CRV parts.
It came with everything except wheels, the proportioning valve needed to convert my rear drums to disc, and the rear flex brake line. I had issues finding the correct axles and ended up ordering axles from driveshaft shop. I also had issues finding the correct replacement wheel bearings.
TL:DR: Don't do it. The 4 lug wheel options are way nicer. If you do it, get the 32mm option.

Your car have 32mm axle nut. Stick with that. Unless you are running itr axle, itr 5 lugs wont work. You should call them to find out what comes with it. Instead of guessing. Straight from the horse's mouth. No guessing. No messing.
I second calling HMotors.
Certain years of the ITR had the 32mm axle nut. However, the 36mm was more common and, again, I'm pretty sure the 36mm versions share a lot in common with the CRV from that era.
OP, this is all covered in the What Parts are Interchangeable thread that used to be sticky'd. Use the advanced search function to search "thread titles only" for "Interchangeable."

Better for what? "Better" without context is an opinion question and is something you should really answer yourself. Start by asking yourself why you're considering the swap to begin with and work from there.
My opinion is that disc brakes are easier to maintain and look nicer when paired with a nice set of wheels. My opinion is that there are more 4x100 wheel options that look nice on our generation of cars. It's hard to find 5x114.3 wheels that are smaller than 17" and 17" and larger wheels look terrible (again, IMO). As far as 60-0 stopping power... the rears don't do much in our 1 ton cars. If you're tracking the car regularly and want the better heat dissipation, then do it. Figure out what size brakes you want and then figure out the parts you need.
If I had to do it again, I'd stay with the 4 lug and just do a rear disc conversion. There are tons of options available and no chance of getting the ITR markup for CRV parts.
But, you do you.

Holy poop misinformation like what
lol
There are 2 types of ITR 5 lug conversion, 32mm and 36mm. JDM is 36mm, USDM is 32 mm. You will have a hard time finding axles and wheel bearings for the 36mm axles.
CTR conversion is 32mm, but it has a different track width than integra trailing arms, and will **** up your alignment if used on a DC or EG chassis.
Seeing as how you have a 99 sedan, you will want the CTR 5 lug conversion, and it will be a direct bolt-on affair with 32mm axles.
If you like 16" wheels, then 5 lug will give you plenty of choices. If you like 15" wheels, then stay 4 lug, because wheel selection for 5x114 and 15" is slim at best.

I did not know this, though "CTR conversion is 32mm, but it has a different track width than integra trailing arms, and will **** up your alignment if used on a DC or EG chassis. "
